We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable and custom nature of our products.
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
– Orders may be cancelled up to 36 hours before the scheduled collection time, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
– The remaining balance (80%) will be refunded.
– Cancellations made less than 36 hours before collection are non-refundable.
– Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
– The order is incorrect due to our error
– The product does not meet our quality standards
Return Window
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.
All refund requests must include clear photographic evidence.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
